Dear Student,

As stated on the previous page this test is mandatory. You must score a 75% or better in order to receive credit for your continuing education. If you follow these steps, it will be simple and easy.

Step 1: Click the link below that says 'Review Materials'. You want to study these thoroughly. All the test questions come from these materials.

Step 2: Once you've completed studying the materials, click the link below that says 'Answer Sheet'. You must print off the answer sheet once it has opened. This answer sheet is the only information that must be submitted to us.

Step 3: With the answer sheet in hand, click the link below that says 'Continuing Education Test'. These are the questions to the exam. Using the answer sheet that you've printed answer all of the questions. Upon completing the exam, fill out the top portion of the answer sheet with your personal information.

Step 4: Now that your answer sheet has been completed, it's ready to be submitted. You may fax the answer sheet into us with a credit card number or mail it with a check or a money order, cost $39.95.

Once we receive your answer sheet, it will be graded. No credit cards will be charged, no checks or money orders will be cashed until you receive a 75% or better. Once you have received a passing score we will issue a certificate. We will fax or mail the certificate to you then notify the Florida Office of Financial Regulation that you have completed the course.
